How to contact us about your data

Write in the same verified Telegram Business conversation in which you communicate with LUNATERRIA, or write to our registered address. We do not request an identity document by default; any identity check must be proportionate to the request.

What we use and why

• Telegram identifier, language and messages — to reply, maintain the conversation and accept an order.
• Name or alias, date, time and place of birth, and sex for methods that require it — to perform the selected calculation and produce the report.
• Order, price, currency, payment status and delivery evidence — to fulfil the contract, handle a query and meet accounting duties.
• Limited technical events without message text — to secure the service, prevent abuse and investigate failures.
• Email address or phone number for updates — only with separate, voluntary and withdrawable consent.

Order processing is mainly based on steps before a contract and performance of the contract. Accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations. Minimal security logs support our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its clients. Marketing is not a condition of purchase.

What not to send

Do not send medical records, payment-card details, precise current location, home address, passwords, identity-document copies or another person’s data without lawful authority. Direct orders are accepted from adults only.

Automation and providers

A LUNATERRIA digital assistant responds in chat; a member of staff can join when needed. Independent local engines perform astrological calculations. OpenAI API may assist with literary editing of already calculated material with response storage disabled using store=false; local checks then verify the result.

The service may use Telegram, Hetzner, Cloudflare, OpenAI and an activated payment provider. Transfers outside the EEA take place only with an applicable basis and safeguards.

Retention

• closed support conversations — 90 days unless needed for an open order, dispute or legal duty;
• birth data and finished report — 24 months after the last activity or until earlier verified deletion;
• accounting evidence — at least five years, or longer where law or an open claim requires it;
• ordinary production logs — 30 days; security receipts without conversation text — 12 months;
• marketing contact — until withdrawal; a minimal suppression record is then retained for 24 months.

Your rights

You may request access, a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; or withdraw consent. We respond without undue delay and usually within one month. You may also complain to Latvia’s Datu valsts inspekcija.

Europe and other countries

GDPR and Latvian law apply to users in the EEA. We extend the same baseline safeguards and rights to users in CIS countries, while any mandatory rules of a user’s country apply to the extent that they govern the service. Because the CIS is not one legal regime, country-specific requirements must be assessed before commercial launch there.

The site does not use optional analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent requested before they are set where required.
