What the assistant does

It explains the catalogue, gathers missing details and shows order status. It does not pretend to be human. The client can ask for a member of staff at any time.

What is calculated without AI

Dedicated independent local engines calculate Western astrology, BaZi, energy calendars and Qi Men. OpenAI may only edit the wording of facts that have already been calculated and approved.

How results are checked

After literary editing, deterministic checks block new facts, fatalistic wording, guarantees, and unsafe medical, legal or financial claims. The PDF also passes structural and visual checks.

Boundaries

Astrological material is a tool for reflection and planning, not a proven way to diagnose health, predict an inevitable event or guarantee profit, relationships or a legal outcome. In a crisis or real danger, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

When a person joins

If the automation cannot safely understand consent, age, payment, a complaint, a deletion request or a high-risk topic, it stops and hands the conversation to a member of staff. Decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are not made solely by automated processing.
