What the client orders

Before confirming, the client receives the exact product name, Mini or Full edition, language, Mobile or Desktop format, total price and currency or a “Free” label, delivery method and applicable withdrawal terms. One order creates the one specified product.

Purpose of the material

Reports and calendars are personalised informational and reflective digital content. They are not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice, do not diagnose a condition, and do not guarantee an event or result. The client remains responsible for decisions.

Data and permitted use

The client confirms that they are an adult and that the supplied details are accurate. Another person’s data may be supplied only with lawful authority. Personal use and saving the received PDF are allowed. Resale, removal of notices, false attribution or presenting a modified file as a verified LUNATERRIA report is prohibited.

Immediate performance and withdrawal

To start personalised generation before an ordinary withdrawal period ends, the client makes a separate request for immediate performance. Where digital-content rules apply, the client separately confirms their understanding of the consequences for withdrawal rights. We do not use pre-ticked or assumed consent.

Any limitation on withdrawal rights does not remove remedies for non-delivery or digital content that does not conform to the contract.

Delivery and resolving a problem

Delivery is evidenced by a technical Telegram receipt. If a file is not delivered, will not open or does not match the order, the client should write in the same chat. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we repair or redeliver, reduce the price, or end the contract and refund the payment.

News subscription

The field on this site creates only a voluntary marketing subscription. It does not create a paid product subscription or an order. Terms for any future recurring calendar delivery will be shown separately before activation.

Changes

The version shown and recorded when the order is confirmed applies to that order. A later version does not retrospectively change an existing contract or limit mandatory consumer rights.
