What the client orders
Before confirming an order, the client receives the exact product name, the Mini or Full edition, language, Mobile or Desktop format, total price and currency or a “Free” label, delivery method and applicable cancellation terms. Each order creates one specified product.
Purpose of the materials
Reports and calendars are personalised digital content intended for information and reflection. They are not medical, legal, financial or emergency advice, do not diagnose any condition, and do not guarantee an event or outcome. The client remains responsible for their own decisions.
Data and permitted use
The client confirms that they are an adult and that the information supplied is accurate. Another person’s data may be provided only with lawful authority. Personal use and storage of the delivered PDF are permitted. Resale, removal of notices, false attribution, or presenting a modified file as a reviewed LUNATERRIA report is prohibited.
Immediate performance and withdrawal
To start personalised preparation before the ordinary withdrawal period has expired, the client must expressly request immediate performance. Where this applies to digital content, the client separately confirms that they understand the consequences for their right of withdrawal. Consent is never pre-selected or assumed.
Any limitation of the right of withdrawal does not affect the client’s rights if the digital product is not supplied or does not conform to the contract.
Delivery and resolving problems
The LUNATERRIA team supports the order in the same Telegram chat. Delivery is confirmed by a technical receipt. If a file is not delivered, cannot be opened or does not match the order, the team will correct or redeliver the product, reduce the price, or terminate the contract and issue a refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
News subscription
The website field creates a voluntary marketing subscription only. It does not start a paid product subscription or create an order. Terms for any future recurring calendar service will be shown separately before activation.
Changes
The version of these terms shown and recorded when the order is confirmed applies to that order. A new version does not retrospectively change an existing contract or limit mandatory consumer rights.
